1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
For credit card orders, please include your account number, billing address and expiration date.
2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most ground (standard shipping) orders ship with in 24-48 hours, subject to availability.
Air (express) orders placed by 12PM ship same day subject to availability.
Unless you request otherwise, your order will be shipped via the carrier to best deliver your package. Once the original shipping charge is paid, Discount Inboard Marine gladly ships all items on back order at no additional shipping charge.

NOTE ON AIR/EXPRESS:
The carriers weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
The default for 2nd and next day is still business days.
Thus a 2nd order placed on Thursday - delivery would be Monday. A next day on Friday would be Monday.
We do try and request Saturday delivery with the carrier, but not all areas are available for air delivery on Saturday.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Discount Inboard Marine will gladly refund the purchase of any unused part, less the original shipping, handling charges, less a 5% restocking fee. Simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days, unused, in its original box and packing for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. For reimbursement of postage because of Discount Inboard Marine's errors or defective merchandise, return shipping receipt is all that is required. Discount Inboard Marine will reimburse return shipping on ground transportation only. All returns are subject to our core inspection. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.

5. PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell/share our customer's information to a 3rd party.
6. MISPRINTS, PRICE REVISIONS, AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF PARTS
In the event of an error in pricing, Discount Inboard Marine reserves the right not to sell any item below our cost. All pictures are representative of the part. Actual part may vary due to vendor.
7. DEFECTIVE PARTS
All parts sold are backed by a thirty-day warranty, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. If failure should occur, you may return your defective part for inspection and upon approval, a replacement part(s) will be shipped, ground service. Customers requiring expedited transportation for replacement parts will be responsible for freight charges. Discount Inboard Marine will not be liable for improper installation or for the subsequential damages resulting therein. Warranty replacements will be charged on the way out and credited upon return of the defective part.
