Our 4160 Holley Carb Rebuild Kit (RN0120-1) fits 351 - 350 - 5.8 - 5.7 engines. Each Holley Carburetor Rebuild Kit contains all the parts and gaskets necessary to restore like-new performance to your marine carburetor. Detailed instructions are also included with the 4160 rebuild kit to guide you through the rebuilding process.
This Holley 4160 Rebuild is for list numbers: 7163, 9392, 50419, 50463, 80265, 50469, 50469-1, 80456, 80319-1, 75009-1, 75009-2 and 75009-3, 75009-4, 80319-1 through 4.
The list number is located on the Holley carburetor’s air horn for proper identification. The metal tag on the older OEM carbs is a Ford Number and not as specific as the list number. Two common numbers for this Holley Marine Carburetor Rebuild Kit are EOJL9510CA and DRJL9510G.
This 4160 Holley Rebuild Kit (RN0120-1) does not include:
- The Base or Spacer Gasket (RM0054B) - Located under the carburetor.
- The secondary diaphragm (HOL135-4) - The secondary diaphragm is normally not needed for the rebuild.
