Holley Carburetors rebuild kits are available for all 4160 Marine Carburetors. Each kit RN0118-1 contains all parts and gaskets necessary to restore like-new performance to your marine carburetor.
Detailed instructions are also included to guide you through the rebuilding process. Simply provide the list number located on the carburetor’s air horn, as shown, for proper identification. To order the carb base gasket use RM0054B.
The metal tag usually will have D4JL9510F (302), EOJL9510BA (305), D4JL9510J and EOJL9510DA (454).
Use for Holley 302 (4160) carbs with List # 7159, 9393, 50418, 80264, 50462. Holley 454 (4160) carbs with List # 9128, 9394, 50379, 80262, 7128, & 50399.
